Cancel any time
You can cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
The 14-day trial
A card is required to start the trial. If you cancel before day 14, you are not charged.
Monthly plans
There is no refund for a month that has already started. If you cancel, you keep access until that month ends and are not charged again.
Yearly plans
- Within 14 days of a payment: a full refund, if you ask within 14 days of the payment. This applies to the first yearly payment and to each renewal.
- After 14 days: no refund. The plan runs to the end of the year, and you keep access until then.

Email privacy@oopsie.tech from the address on your account. We reply within 2 business days.
Who handles the payment
Payments and refunds are handled by our payment partner, who acts as the seller of record. A refund goes back to the card that was charged. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.
